What does Team X actually do?+
Team X helps create qualified set appointments for Advanced Window Products. The role is performance-driven, people-facing, and built around consistent daily execution.
Do I need previous experience?+
Not for the Appointment Coordinator path—coachability and consistent production matter most. Prior in-home sales experience, door-to-door experience, or an existing team can open a conversation about Sales Consultant or Team Leader opportunities.
How flexible is the Local schedule?+
Local is a full-time role, five days a week. Within reason, you work with your manager to shape your schedule. The standard is steady, consistent work in the responsibilities of your role—a marathon mindset built for the long game.
What should I expect on a Blitz?+
Expect ten long, focused workdays with the team. The pace is intense and the group is locked in; afterward, the rest of the month is yours.
How does compensation work?+
The opportunity is performance-based. Because earnings vary, your recruiter will explain the current compensation structure, examples, requirements, and what is—and is not—guaranteed.
Does the quiz decide whether I’m hired?+
No. It is a conversation starter that recommends a work model and potential starting role. Eligibility, mutual fit, and any offer decisions are handled directly with the Team X recruiting team.
